About Us

 Hi, I’m Lydia. And I’m Grace.

We created the Shh.Kit when we were 11 years old to help other girls feel prepared, supported and a little less scared about getting their first period. When we first learned about periods, we had a lot of questions (and maybe thought “oh shh…”  

We realized that every girl deserves to feel ready - with what she needs, when she needs it - and to know she’s not along. That’s why our motto is Prepared with Purpose.
